Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

PikTag Inc. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where PikTag operates, and we align our practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and the broader fight against child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This document describes the standards we publish against CSAE, the mechanisms users have to report it, and how we respond.

2. Age Requirement

• PikTag is intended only for users 13 years of age or older.
• We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create an account or use the service.
• If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we remove the account and delete the associated data.
• PikTag is not a dating service and does not facilitate romantic or sexual matchmaking. It is a contact-and-tagging tool for organizing real-world connections.

3. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

The following is strictly prohibited on PikTag and will result in immediate content removal and account termination:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, or content that sexualizes a minor.
• Sexualization of minors in profiles, photos, tags, biolinks, notes, "Ask" posts, or any other content.
• Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to make sexual contact with a minor.
• Sextortion, or trading, requesting, or distributing CSAE material.
• Any content that endangers a child or facilitates their abuse or exploitation.

4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

Every user can report CSAE content or behavior. Reports are available without leaving the app:

• In-app reporting: Open the menu (⋯ / settings icon) on any user profile, connection, or piece of content and choose Report. Select the child-safety reason to flag CSAE specifically.
• Block: You can block any user at any time from their profile; blocking is independent of reporting and takes effect immediately.
• Email: Report directly to our child safety team at childsafety@pikt.ag.

Reports involving child safety are treated as the highest priority and are escalated immediately.

5. How We Respond to Reports

• We review all child-safety reports promptly, and CSAE reports on a priority basis — targeting an initial review within 24 hours.
• Content found to violate these standards is removed.
• Accounts responsible for CSAE content or behavior are permanently banned, and we retain abuse records to prevent banned users from re-registering.
• Confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, and to law enforcement and other competent authorities as required by applicable law.
• We preserve relevant evidence as required to support investigations by the appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting to Authorities

PikTag complies with all relevant child safety laws. Where we identify apparent CSAM or a credible threat to a child, we report it to the appropriate authorities, including:

• NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) — CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org
• Local and national law enforcement agencies in the relevant jurisdiction

Users who encounter CSAM anywhere are also encouraged to report it directly to NCMEC or their local authorities.

7. Prevention

• Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy set a minimum age of 13 and prohibit harmful content.
• Profile, tag, and content visibility can be restricted (Public / Friends / Close Friends / Only Me), giving users control over who can see and contact them.
• Users can block and report other users at any time.
• We act on reports and proactively remove accounts that violate these standards.
