1. Acceptance
By using PikTag, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use PikTag
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One person, one account. Do not create fake or duplicate accounts
- You may deactivate or delete your account at any time
3. User Content
- You own the content you create (bio, tags, links, notes)
- You grant PikTag a license to display your public content to other users
- You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Create fake profiles or impersonate others
- Use PikTag for spam, phishing, or fraud
- Scrape or collect user data without consent
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
5. QR Codes & Tags
- QR codes you generate are associated with your account
- Hidden tags attached via QR code are private and visible only to you
- Batch tag modification may require a paid subscription in the future
6. Premium Features
Some features (pinned tags, batch tag management) may require a paid subscription. Pricing will be announced separately.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may appeal by contacting support@pikt.ag.
8. Disclaimer
PikTag is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.
9. Limitation of Liability
PikTag Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
